If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within three days of receiving your order via email at info@thetwistedstitcher.com

If there is a fault with a product, we will happily refund or replace the item; however, no refund can be given for a change of mind.

While we do our best to accurately capture the colours of yarn and other products in the pictures, colours may differ slightly due to variations in monitors and screens.
